ULY Students Receive Special Awards!

This month, in addition to the regular monthly Shkida awards for those students who excelled in their efforts in yeshiva, 2 more awards were presented to 4 students in each class, 2 for Ahavas Rayim and Peh Noki respectively.

In Sefer Hasichos תש“ג the friediker rebbe requests of a tomim three things: Shkida – diligence [in learning], Ahavas Rayim – [respect and] Love for Peers/friends, and Peh Noki – Clean [appropriate] speech.

”We are very proud of our students and commend them for their achievements” said the schools principal.

    Every child needs to be rewarded for something and have their picture taken. We need to celebrate personal best not the best. Mechanchim need to work hard and find the good in every child and celebrate that. If we build kids instead of knocking them down everytime they do things that are not good alot more kids would not stray.
