Excelling Students of Darchai Menachem go Skiing!

DELAWARE, PA [CHI] — On Thursday the boys from Darchai Menachem enjoyed a day on the slopes. Darchai Menachem staff facilitated the confidence, training and instruction together with the ski instructors at Shawnee Mountain.

The purpose of the trip was to develop the students confidence and bring out their inherent talents and abilities, to take a challenge-and conquer it. The staff have consistently seen time and again how a school trip can be used wisely to nurture a child’s confidence and abilities that are directly reflected back into the school and classroom environment.

    Thank you Rabbi Eyal Bension and the staff of Darchai Menachem!!! My son really enjoyed the trip and felt terrific knowing that he earned it. I am grateful that there is a Yeshiva in our midst that honors what the Rebbe taught us regarding chinuch – to teach our children thru caring and respect.

    This trip not only served as a “fun time” but was an excellent learning experience. The boys learned sportsmanship, patience and how to behave as a group – making a kiddush Hashem.

    The teachers definitely do a great job and the school is an excellent school.

    I believe that the teachers are going skiing just for the kids because they are so devoted to them. H

    However they themselves I believe are on a much higher level. Alu v’hatzlaichu!!
