Thousands of Attend FL Family Adventure Day
MIAMI, FL [CHI] — Over Four Thousands Jewish children with their parents from South Florida and visitors many other States and Canada attended the eighth annual Family Adventure Day at Jungle Island theme park.
This event is the largest rally and gathering of Jewish children, outside of Israel, of its kind every year. It is a project of Anshei Lubavitch / Tzivos Hashem of South Florida, which is headed by Rabbi Yitzchok Teitelbaum and Rabbi Dovid Shapiro.
The Highlight of the Day, which went on from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening, were two live concerts by the world famous children’s singer, Uncle Moshe who was joined joined by the equally famous Tekiah Orchestra.
Throngs of children were enamored by the performances, singing and dancing to songs about Shabbos, Kashrus, Mezuza, honoring one’s parents and so many other Mitzvos. Added to the day’s excitement was a spectacular circus performance, an assortment of amusement rides, all arranged special for Family Adventure Day.
This was all besides several shows featuring many different exotic jungle creatures.
The scenic trails displaying a vast variety of birds, other animals and Flamingo Lake provided a perfect location for a day packed with fun, adventure and most important great Jewish Spirit. The Thousands of Jewish children and adults from all walks of life who came to Family Adventure Day experienced an unforgettable, memorable day for the entire family.
