Photos: Snow Blankets NYC Again

Within minutes of the snow beginning to fall this evening, everything turned white. This storm is expected to dump over 16 inches of snow in parts of New York, while Brooklyn will see accumulations of up to 8 inches with the height of storm being between 1:00am and 7:00am.

    Other cities like Boston, newton and so forth have already declared snow emergiences and have had everything ready to go. A nationalYnewsarticle from AP stated that when it comes to snow, New york has not a foggy clue about what to do with it;even with moderate snowfall, the city and the streets are a mess.
