Wow, there are real Jews (i.e. Mizrahim) in Crown Heights? I did not know that.
nice
looks rly nice!
so nice!
Beautiful! So happy to see so many Teimanishe Chabadnikim…so many of our Sefardic brothers, who were niskarev to Yiddishkeit through Chabad and our Shluchim in Morocco etc., have ended up in the Misnagdishe system, some even quite strong Misnagdim. So nice to see so many Lubavitcher, Chassidishe sefardim.
And the Achdus here is definitely something we can all learn from.

Beautiful! Teimanui dances are intricate and ancient!
curious
It is beautiful that rather than fully “assimilate” in the majority Ashkenaz minhag and culture, that these individuals have maintained aspects of the unique Temani culture.
Out of pure curiosity (please, excuse my ignorance), how large is the Yemenite population in Crown Heights? I really was not aware that more than a family or two existed.
Again — beautiful!

Most of our minhagim follow the Ari zal which are mostly sefardic and kabalah based. Nusach Ari and minhogei haari are closest to nusach sfard
