Photos: Steady Stream of Visitors to the Ohel

As the day progresses hundreds upon thousands make their way to the Rebbes Ohel to mark his 16th yohrtzeit. Lines extended at times all the way down Francis Lewis Boulevard.

    ACHDUS AND AHAVAS YISROEL WILL PULL US THROUGH ALL THIS. THE REBBE KNOWS THAT HASHEM WANTS IT AND THE REBBE WANTS US TO DO IT.
    Thats the polishing of the buttons….the love for each Jew, accepting and treating each other in dignity. What an art.

  • Better Way

    I wanted to go, but I stayed away because I dreaded waiting in those long lines. There has to be a better way, perhaps just to have a “walk by,” like we did on 3 Tammuz in 5754, and not let people stop in the Ohel – just walk through. I didn’t mind the lines so much years ago when it was to get dollars from the Rebbe, but that was also like a “walk by.”
