Well gimmel tammuz is not until tuesday.I guess people that are there for shabbos might not be there on the day itself.Or maybe they want to beat the crowd.

there wasn’t a line- the wouned israeli soldiers were going through- there were aot of them. in the actuall ohel it was pretty full
