Second Earthquake In Days Strikes New Jersey, Shakes Parts of NY

A small earthquake rocked parts of New York and New Jersey on Tuesday — the second to be felt in the region in just a matter of days.

The 2.7 magnitude quake was recorded near Hillsdale, New Jersey, just after noon, according to the US Geological Survey.

The center struck more than 7 miles below the ground.
