The FBI raided the homes of multiple top aides to Mayor Eric Adams on Wednesday, City Hall sources confirmed with PIX11 News.

The raids appear to be a separate investigation to the ongoing FBI probe into the mayor’s campaign, a source familiar with the matter said. It’s not clear what the separate investigation is, the source said. There have been no charges or indictments.

The first home the FBI raided Wednesday was of First Deputy Mayor Sheena Wright and her partner, New York City Schools Chancellor David Banks. Electronic devices were seized from the home they share in Harlem.
