Revel Announces Plan To Discontinue Moped Service In NYC

The Moped rideshare company Revel has announced that it plans to stop providing moped service in the NYC and San Francisco areas as of November 18th.

“Mopeds are a huge part of Revel’s story and they’ve offered such a fun way to get around the city,” Frank Reig, Revel’s CEO wrote in an email to Revelers.

This will not be the end of Revel, according to that email, as Reig promised continued service for Revel’s EV Vehicles and plans to expand its fast charging stations in both NYC and San Francisco.

For those who have credit in Revel accounts, it may be time to use them up quickly.
