For the year, the 71st Precinct has reported seven murders and 899 total felonies.

Tickets are Ok. As long as the police aren’t obnoxious about it. My brother once got a ticket for not wearing a seat belt WHILE HE WAS BELTED because the cop needed to fill his quota. That is a sickness. People who violate traffic laws should get tickets. It’s an extremely small price to pay for a safer community
