Friday Night Freeze As Frigid Weather Continues

The frigid temperatures that have set New Yorkers teeth chattering is going to continue into the week end, with temps set to single digits with sub zero wind chill.

“Air temperatures falling into the single digits inland and 10 to 15 degrees along the coast,” the National Weather Service predicted for Friday night. “Combined with northerly winds of 15 to 25 miles an hours will produce sub zero wind chill values Friday night.”

When they say sub zero feel, they aren’t joking. At present, wind chills are forecast to be as low as 7 below zero to 14
below zero.

The NWS is also warning of a possible snow storm making its way towards the Eastern USA, bring with it coastal flooding and the possibility for a lot of snow.
