Cuomo Brings Schedule Up For Opening Houses Of Worship

by CrownHeights.info

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has moved up the timetable for allowing houses of worship to open with 25% occupancy to phase 2 instead of phase 4.

The change has a major impact for New York City, as it means that Shuls will be allowed the additional occupancy in two weeks from Monday.

These changes are still fluid though, with strong worry of a disastrous second wave of the COVID-19 virus due to the large protests that have spread across the city. Few, if any of the protests followed basic social distancing guidelines.
