Cold Weather and Snow Forecasted for New York City
A cold snap and snowfall are expected to arrive in New York City beginning early Friday morning. A winter Weather Advisory is in effect for most of the Tri-State area until Friday afternoon.
Rain is expected to begin at midnight tonight, then quickly turn to snow by 2:00am Friday morning. Roads will be slippery for the morning commute, especially from New York City to the north and west.
Bitterly cold temperatures are expected to last until next week.
