Men Convicted In Brooklyn Cop’s Death To Face New Charges

NY1 — Two of the men convicted in the 2007 shooting death of a police officer in Brooklyn are now being charged in another shooting that happened 24 hours earlier.

Dexter Bostic is serving life in prison for the murder of Detective Russell Timoshenko.

Robert Ellis was acquitted of a murder charge in the case, but is serving 15 years for weapons possession.

Law enforcement sources tell NY1 that Bostic and Ellis will be charged with attempted murder on Wednesday. This time, for allegedly shooting a man named Carl Field in Jamaica.

Timoshenko was conducting a traffic stop in Crown Heights when he was shot in the face and neck.

A third man, Lee Woods, is also serving a life sentence for the murder.

criminals are locked up way too late. When they are doing their beginning crimes, the smaller ones, they should already be locked up or rehabilitated.
once, someone visited a jail and hugged a jewish prisoner. A non Jew asked for a hug too. When the person hugged him, he said “if my father would have hugged me like that, I would not have been here today”. these people are often just needy and have been unwanted their entire childhoods….
