BDE: Mrs. Sima Karp, 56, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of Mrs. Sima Karp OBM, a Crown Heights resident known for her open home to guests. She passed away on Sunday, the 21st of Iyar, 5782 after battling an extended illness.

She was 56 years old.

She is survived by her husband R’ Leibel Karp their children; Mendel Karp (Crown Heights), Chaya Rodal (Crown Heights), Zevi Karp (Crown Heights), Shuzy Karp (Miami, FL), Shaina Basha Langsam (Crown Heights), Rochel Karp (Crown Heights), Shneur Karp (Crown Heights) and grandchildren.

She is also survived by her siblings Chana Gorowitz (Crown Heights), Zelig Rivkin (New Orleans, LA), Yasef Rivkin (Karmiel, Israel), and Rochel Leah Brook (Crown Heights).
