BDE: Mrs. Sarah Pesha Kaplan, 98, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of Mrs. Sarah Pesha Kaplan OBM, wife of Rabbi Binyomin Kaplan obm. She passed away on Monday, the 9th of Teves, 5780.

She was 98 years old.

Sarah lived in Crown Heights for many years, and recently moved to Israel to be with her children.

She is survived by her children, Rabbi Nachum Kaplan (Crown Heights), Rabbi Shmuel Kaplan (Baltimore, MD), and Mrs. Cherry Ulman (Chashmonaim, Israel), as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren, many of whom are Shluchim around the world.

She was predeceased by her son, Rabbi Leibel Kaplan obm, the Shliach to Tzfas, Israel.

The levaya will take place today in Jerusalem.
