Boruch Dayan Hoemes: R’ Moshe Lipa Rabinowitz, OBM

With sadness we inform you of the tragic passing of Rabbi Moshe Lipa Rabinowitz, OBM, a longtime member of the Chabad community in Jerusalem, Israel. He was 78 years old.

He was buried this afternoon on Har Hazeisim in Jerusalem.
