With sadness we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Braindel (Betty) Rubinstein, OBM, of Melbourne, Australia.

She is survived by her two children: Mrs. Beverly Spigler and Mr. Phillip Rubinstein, both of Melbourne, Australia; as well as several grandchildren.
