All over the world Lubavitch communities are preparing ‘Tank’ parades for Yud Alef Nissan, the Rebbes Birthday. In Paris, France it is no different where Tanks will parade through the streets distributing Matzos, Pesach guides and giving people the opportunity to put on Tefillin.
