Seizing an Opportunity… Mivtzoim While Stuck in Traffic

A major accident on the I-95 Connecticut Turnpike brought traffic to a complete standstill, but for Ari Witkes who was heading to Worcester he found an opportunity to do Mivtzoim. Approaching one man he asked if he was Jewish and upon finding out that he is they immediately put on Teffilin together.

Turns out that the man hadn’t put on Teffilin since his Bar Mitzvah, and as he wrapped up the straps the man shared that he resides in Dublin, Ireland and beside for attending a Pesach Seder by Shliach Rabbi Zalman Lent he had little to do with his Jewish faith.
