Community Holds Meet and Greet for Smicha Bochurim
PRETORIA, South Africa [CHI] — Recently, over 100 members of the Pretoria Hebrew Congregation hosted a braai, or as Americans know it ‘barbeque’, in order for the Baalei Batim to have a chance to meet the Bochurim of the Mochon Lehoraah Smicha program on a more social level in order to choose a learning partner, and to make friends.
This year will mark another of the programs great success.
At the braai each Bochur introduced themselves and shared an anecdote about themselves and learning.
Mochon Lehoraah is directed by Rabbi Levy Wineberg
