SHOMRIM ALERT: Flatbush Shomrim Requests Volunteers to Help Search For A Missing Child

Flatbush Shomrim has put out a call for volunteers to help search for a six-year-old boy who went missing in Canarsie Park Wednesday afternoon.

Yosef Shapiro had gone missing from his day camp earlier in the afternoon, sparking a search that gradually grew to include volunteer organizations from as far as Lakewood, NJ.

Volunteers were asked to come to the mobilization location at Seaview Avenue and Paerdegat Avenue, where they given locations in the large Canarsie Park to search.
