Petitioners to NBC: Fire Reporter for Bias
A petition calling for the ouster of MSNBC news reporter Ayman Mohyeldin for providing biased coverage of events in Israel has exceeded its goal of 5,000 signatures in just two days.
“Ayman has systematically provided biased reporting for NBC over the years, with his journalism frequently shown to be misleading and inaccurate under scrutiny,” the petition states.
This most recent episode in which he had to backtrack live on air was his claim that Israeli Defense Forces killed an unarmed civilian. In fact, the “civilian” in question was a knife-wielding attacker.
“This is only the latest in a string of biased reporting incidents, of which NBC should be ashamed,” the petition reads. “This petition is to have Ayman removed from our television sets and have him stop poisoning the minds of the less informed.”
Here are a few articles detailing some other examples of Ayman’s biased reporting:

Would you want him sacked if his name was Ari Mandelbaum? I think not. Ayman Mohyeldin is only human and subject to mistakes. Live television news is very difficult to report and mistakes can and do happen. The important thing is to correct the mistakes; which is what happened on live television. I think if you take the time you’ll find out that a few of those “news” outlets mention above are anti-Semitic–they love Israel but hate the Jews.

bias reporting is real
Andrea maybe you should dig a little deeper… in an news story about this event Rick Grenell said “this is not the first time hes done it, its not the 2nd or 3rd or 4th time that hes done bias coverage, its the 20th time.

petition
there is a petition on Change.org to get him fired. Thousands have signed up already. Urging everyone to circulate it and sign it.
to Andrea Schonberger
Aymen Mohyeldin has a long history of distorting the facts when reporting on Arab terrorists in Israel.. Google him and you’ll see.. this isn’t the first time he has blatantly lied about facts, painting Israel as the aggressor.. its like the 20th time , if not more…
The difference is this time he got called out on it on live TV

to Andrea schonberger, yes everyone can make mistakes. However with the world being so fragile and Israel being constantly called the Agresser. These mistakes can not happen. If he’s careless or if its on purpose. Either way isreal pays the price. If a person killed someone even by accident because of negligence , In this country its called manslaughter. This reporter is doing the same thing wether on purpose or not Israel is unstable situation in the middle east. Israel needs every ally it can get not another arab sympathzier. This reporter even by accident can create another 1000 sympathizers, because of this reporting.
