Noa Batya bat Daniella Rut is a 7-month-old girl who was recently diagnosed with leukemia, the trgic news devastating her family. Over 150 children in the South African Jewish community gathered in her merit for an hour long rally to say Tehillim for her recovery.
The rally was organized by Rabbi Shmuly Wienbaum, Youth director of the local Chabad House, where children Davened for Noa and received a small Tehillim and charity box to continue their Tzedakah and Tehillim at home.
Another initiative by the community was to split up the Thillim and complete it as many times in her merit. Readers are encouraged to join in the massive tefillah effort.
