Voting in the Kohl’s Cares® philanthropic program ends today, Friday with many Chabad and Jewish institution poised to win $500,000.

In celebration of Kohl’s Cares® philanthropic program 10th anniversary, Kohl’s will give $500,000 to the 20 schools who receive the most votes on Facebook. Read more about that on their press release here (PDF).

Schools around the country are holding out on the last ditch attempt to win $500,000. They are encouraging everyone to vote for them at www.facebook.com/kohls. Currently over half of the top 20 school are Chabad run institutions.

Each Facebook user can vote 20 times and can place up to 5 of those votes on a single school.
