HY’D: IDF Soldier Killed In RPG Attack In Gaza

An IDF soldier was killed during fighting in the southern Gaza Strip yesterday, the military announced.

He is named as Sgt. First Class (res.) Noam Shemesh, 21, a squad commander in the Kfir Brigade’s Shimshon Battalion, from Jerusalem.

Shemesh was killed by RPG fire in southern Gaza’s Khan Younis.
