After An Hour and A Half After Ceasefire To Start, Hamas Hands Over Names of Three Hostages

In a statement from Hamas made public an hour and a half after the ceasefire was supposed to start, they announced the names of three hostages scheduled to be released Sunday.

Romi Gonen, Emily Damari, and Doron Steinbrecher were named as the three to be released Sunday as part of the ceasefire deal.

As previously reported on CrownHeights.info, the Ceasefire was set to go into effect 8:30am Sunday morning (Israel time), but the IDF announced that implementation of the ceasefire was delayed over a list of the three hostages slated to be released on the first day. As per the IDF, the list, which was supposed to be handed over 24 hours in advance, had not been given.

Without that list in hand, the IDF continued operations in Gaza, striking terror targets in the center and north of the strip.
