Snowfall in Jerusalem, Golan, Judea and Samaria – Temperatures Dive

israelnationalnews

Snow began to fall in Jerusalem Wednesday afternoon, after peaks in the Galilee, Golan Heights and Judea and Samaria peaks had seen snow since last night. Snow has also fallen in Tzfat and all entrances to the city have been blocked.

In the past day, it has been raining intermittently, accompanied by thunderstorms in the north and center of the country. Strong winds are blowing all over the country; in the south of the country it is hazy and there may be local sandstorms.

From the afternoon, the rains will gradually spread to the northern Negev, and there may be floods in the Judean Desert and at the Dead Sea.
