The visitors expressed their amazement upon learning that Rubashkin has been hosting over 100 Bochurim in his home for the month of Tishrai.

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — Last night local politicians visited the Sukkah of Rabbi Moshe Rubashkin, chairman of the Jewish Community Council of Crown Heights. New York State Senator Eric Adams, New York City Councilwoman Letitia James and New York State Assemblyman Karim Camara along with members of their staff visited the Sukkah which was packed with Bochurim who Farbrenging.
“Since his generosity is well known to us we can hardly consider this outstanding”, said Mr. Adams, followed by Rev. Camara who mentioned the Rebbe’s wish that local residents refrain from abandoning Crown Heights in favor of other, safer neighborhoods.

moshe rubashkin and his 2 fellow vaad hakohol members have my vote for the next elections. the other 2 will not be getting my vote.
