Rally Held in 770 in Light of Recent Tragedies
Crown Heights, Brooklyn — After a series of tragedies that hit the Lubavitch and Jewish community in the past week, hundreds of Men and Woman gathered in 770 to Daven for the recovery of Orah Meital bas Bela Chabosha who was seriously hurt in an accident last week.
Rabonim and Mashpiim spoke, offering words of encouragement and strength, following which the crowed recited chapters of Tehillim for the recovery and in memory of the victims.

Moshiach Now!
Hashem!!
AD MOSAI, I have been in tears, or near tears for the better part of this past week over what has been going on. Living in the boondocks, I was so happy to see that something is being done. I live vicariously through the gathering, and I am so happy that there was a decent showing, Now all we need in Crown Hieghts is UNITY between Rabbonim, and we will be good to go!

BH. It would be a good idea to find old people, especially widows, to check if their air conditioners are working, or if they have air conditioners at all, and to financially assist with the extra burden that running an air conditioner causes. to send out leaflets in several languagies to this effect, that this help is available.
To strengthen tznius in this hot weather, or any weather. To be careful about loshon hora, and since a thought of a sin is worse than the sin, then thinking bad about another, is worse than even speaking bad about another. to think and speak good, then, like The Rebbe said, it will be good.

What is there left to say but “AD MOSAI” – it is enough already!!

So sad & disillusioned
Everyone has the best intentions, we know that. Tefillos & Tehillim are probably all we have left. But isn’t it about time the Beis Din of Crown Heights put aside their problems & showed the Achdus they demand from us?
You have them fighting over Kashrus, fighting over everything, they don’t even share offices! They have their own henchmen(sorry, of course I mean supporters!) & they each put down the other. If one gives a Psak the other says its treife.
How in G-d’s Holy Name can we see an end to such terrible tragedies when our Rabbis, our leaders, can’t get along?
Let THEIR Achdus start the ball rolling.
Neighbor of Maytal
I think that this was the most beautiful thing in a long time. Hundreds of people gathered for one cause. Tiis is what UNITY means.
For all those people who always comment about taking action…be proud of our community…WE DID IT! It was an inspiring, uplifting and surreal exprience. May this achdus in crown heights be a merit for a quick and speedy recovery of ora maytal bas bella….we are all davening.

I am sorry that it took a series of tragedies to bring us all together-
May G-d almighty console the bereaved and heal the sick-
Maybe we should have a unity rally once a week just for the sake of unity, for the sake of The Rebbe,Hashem, The Torah and our community
ALL FOR MOSHIACH NOW
HELLO MOSHIACH NOW. yes, unity is a wonderful thing. but what we really need is Moshiach. imagine a father and mother leaving their children alone for years in cramped quarters, little money, a host of health problems, just to name a few problems. and no matter how these children may love eadh other the pressures of all their problems will eventually make them very edgy, irritable and nervous and they will begin to snap at each other and eventually disrupt in fights. THIS IS WHAT OUR SITUATION IS NOW. so the answer is the father HAS TO COME BACK and relieve his children of all their hardships and then they will go back to being their good old loving siblings. Lets call a spade a spade. IT’S IN HASHEM’S COURT TO BRING MOSHIACH NOW!

Mother who asked the question
To Jewish girl…
You’re so right, & I agree with you, but please, for your sake, drop the anger. It will only make you bitter, & you & your friends are obviously very special people. I guess you’re young, & we "golden oldies" can learn a lot from you.
You did a great thing, L’shem Shamayim in the Zchus of your friend may she have a Refuah Shleima B’Karov Mamesh. The problem is with EVERYONE ELSE!!
These tragedies are not helped by nasty, stupid remarks by people with no sense. I don’t think anything bad was meant, but I was rather surprised at the attitude. Have pity on Who Cares. He/She doesn’t get it. Hopefully everybody else does.
Kol Hakovod to you all.
Chaim
Please make an hachloto for Orah Bas Bell
