Canceled: NASA and SpaceX Launch Astronauts Into Space

Watch history unfold today as NASA and SpaceX launch astronauts to the International Space Station in the first mission since the retirement of the space shuttle in 2011 that human beings will be flown to the space station from U.S. soil.

The estimated launch time of the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft is 4:33pm. The spacecraft will launch atop a Falcon 9 rocket from historic Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

The Crew Dragon is scheduled to dock on the space station at around 11:29am on Thursday, May 28th.

Update: The launch has been canceled due to weather. The next launch date is Saturday.
