Picture of the Day!

Twice a year, Fire Fighters from our E. St. Johns Pl. Firehouse check the fire hydrants in our neighborhood.

    you know…I appreciate these pics Webby…I really do with all the other garbage going on around the neighborhood(s)….in the end of the day these guys really really come thru. They are always there for us and quick…darn quick ;) (sometimes faster then Hatzalah… well you guys know what I mean) I really take my hat off for ’em. Keep it up FDNY on ST Johns’d and of course all your backup CHEVRA around the CH area :)

    that explains why there was water in front of my house by the hydrant. thanks for keeping us informed. i never would have known.

    Just testament to what they say: firefighters can do no wrong and police officers can do no right. Who do you feel worse for? Any thoughts?

    if they want to check them once a year all you have to do is drive around when it is 100+ degrees and see for your self that they all work :)

    just bye the way these fire fighters are very noble people they risk there lifes for other people.

    I RESPECT THEM HIGHLY!
