These guys are hapless, hopeless, and they just never grew up the right way. It’s such a shame to see these people, who I think don’t belong here in America, because they just don’t fit in, and resort to petty crime (not smart enough to do the big stuff) to get money and entertain themselves. It really is a terrible messy life they lead.
I don’t like crime, and we have to stop the attitude that we Jews are easy prey. However, you must agree, they really live miserable lives.

I don’t understand what speaking to Mr Vega will do. I’m sure he knows about these crimes and the perpetrator. If there’s something he could’ve done he would’ve done it. Police don’t want the crooks on the streets. The system lets the perp out after or for 90 days. There’s nothing a simple police precinct can do. What people can do is instead of typing go and join Shomrim. If you have a lot more people raking the streets you’ll see less crime. Petitioning to deaf ears isn’t going to help.

You want to try teaching them about the 7 Mitzvos Bnei Noach? Might be worth it – you’d have to get a sponsor to advertise in their media, place posters or even screens in their buildings etc because no one would enter the buildings in which they live to actually teach there!
The problem on our end is that certain CH landlords rent to these behemas, who are not appreciated by the mainly law abiding black community of CH either.

a principle to saying something smart is by backing what you say with a name, and saying something, smart or not. for your information, many jurnals dipose of comments written anonymously whithout a backing name. and as for the capital, you and your own response are the very testimony that it sure is an effective method of being heard. why dont YOU say something smart? or even something period?
