In an effort to foster competitive creativity in today’s youth, CrownHeights.info is proud to announce the launch of a junior photo competition themed “Our Beautiful Community,” in conjunction with AWarmFocus.org. Young boys and girls from around the globe, aged 10-15, are encouraged to take up to 15 photos of things they love about their community, add captions explaining each shot, and submit them to the competition.

In an effort to foster competitive creativity in today’s youth, CrownHeights.info is proud to announce the launch of a junior photo competition themed “Our Beautiful Community,” in conjunction with AWarmFocus.org. Young boys and girls from around the globe, aged 10-15, are encouraged to take up to 15 photos of things they love about their community, add captions explaining each shot, and submit them to the competition.
AWarmFocus.org – a website portraying beautiful images of communities worldwide – “has created this competition to help encourage kids and the site’s viewers to look at things with a “warm” focus,” says Chaim Perl, creator of AWarmFocus.org.
AWarmFocus.org will be featuring images taken by a broad spectrum of photographers – from those with little experience to those with extensive experience. This is a useful medium for both professional and non-professional artists, as well as juniors, to display the beautiful things they find in their communities.
Voting will begin shortly at AWarmFocus.org and will end on May 23rd.
The 3 finalists will be announced shortly thereafter.
Prizes: 1st place winner will receive a Canon Rebel XTI Digital SLR Kit, sponsored by CrownHeights.info and $50 worth of photo developing, sponsored by Sterling electronics.
Finalists will all receive special gifts to be determined.
All participants will receive $5 in developing in Sterling Electronics.
