Gimmel Tammuz: A Day of Unity for Local Campers
More than 1,200 boys and girls from local day camps gathered in 770 for a grand rally in honor of Gimmel Tammuz. The event was a project of Tzivos Hashem and was directed by Rabbi Shimmy Weinbaum and Rabbi Yossi Engel.

During the hour-long program the kids took part in many meaningful activities to mark this special occasion. The event included a number of inspiring moments beginning with the singing of Tzomo L’cha Nafshi.
A video sicha was then played during which the Rebbe urges his Chassidim to “Ker a velt heint.” The sicha left a strong impression on all the assembled, particularly the young campers who are too young to have heard the Rebbe in person. It was no surprise then that following the sicha the 12 pesukim were recited by the campers with amazing liveliness. Each posuk was said by a representative of a different camp and received a rousing response from the packed audience.
But the best was yet to come.
Veteran educator and popular singer Rabbi Yossi Goldstein led the children in the spirited singing of We Want Moshiach Now! After which a Pa“N was read and signed by each of the kids.
The highlight of the rally was then presented in the form of an exclusive five-minute video set to the song ”With a Tehillim.“ The moving video had every person in the large shul contemplating how much we miss the Rebbe’s physical presence as they listened to the music:
”Your children are yearning to be with you
How long can this Golus continue?
Bring the Geulah, fulfilling your vow
To bring Moshiach, right now!
Tzivos Hashem would like to thank all of the participants and organizers who put time and effort into this rally. Special thanks to JEM for allowing the use of their video footage and to Dovid Weinbaum and Yossi Margolin for arranging the With a Tehillim video.

beautiful, but in the future, could this info be posted BEFORE the event, so children not in camps could participate? There are many guests, or families going up to the country that would have benifited from this information
