This Pesach, Support a Chabad House and You Could Win

As the US and most of the world remains mired in an economic slump, one of the hardest hit have been the various charities and non profits. Chabad of Gloucester County has not been spared, and unfortunately, donations to Chabad of Gloucester are down almost 60% compared to when the economy was booming.

To help keep Chabad of Gloucester County operating, they have launched a “Giant Sweepstakes” with many great prizes, and even a chance to win $50,000.

“It is very difficult to keep a Chabad house running even in the best of times” said Rabbi Avi Richler, director of Chabad of Gloucester, “but failure is not an option” he continues “we must be innovative and keep increasing in our programming and reach out to every Jew… that’s what the Rebbe wants!”

Chabad of Gloucester County was established in 2007 in response to the growing needs of the Jewish community of South Jersey, and is a full functioning Chabad Center. They maintain a year round schedule of events tending to the needs of all age groups within the community, as well as a Shul and Hebrew school.
