  • very nice

i think the song is missing a climax and his voice goes so high in the end i love it. i would play the violins a bit lower, but thats just the humble opinion of an expert

  • good for your Nsohama

The more a person listens to Jewish music the more benificial it is for one’s Nsohama. So keep recording new songs.

  • mendel

Fried as a performer is great! As a person that is a whole different matter ( as was shown recently when he judged a certain singing copetition and was quite harsh on the poor contestants)

  • nice but...

it’s just more of the same old same old that we have heard from him and others the last number of years.

  • Agree with nice but . . .

Avraham Fried has an amazing voice but its like nice but said – there is nothing, new or different in this song. It is nice though

  • idol

I dont kow if i dont like it because of the song or because of the bad taste he left with his judgements on idol

  • anon

    boring. uninspired.
its all starting to sound the same.

    we’re waiting for something epic!

  • Benjy

You guys are so nasty! Let’s see you try and sing like that. We need as many singers in the Jewish world. with as many songs as they can make.
Avraham Fried is a great performer. Thanks for doing what you do…

  • I still have an after taste

He showed his own personality when he judged on Idol and it was not very pretty. Now he comes out with a single which is the most boring I heard in years. He lost me as a fan!

  • Never took off

It never busted out or took off. it is very flat and it does not sound that he really believes what he is singing. the whole thing is way too flat and colorless. Judge and be judged!

  • chadesh yameinu ki-kedem

    hashem bless you avraham fried

great song great mix of very old with the new

to create authentic energy in a format that is understood vocally in the new generation

its very worthwhile in our time
and very good composition and its the composers luck that the interpertation is done by avraham fried

    it is very good!

  • Mendel Engel

    I like
but got to agree with everyone comments were a harsh( sure they were funny, but it is not right to say them in a public forum )

  • My read on Fried

my read on Fried is that he realized that they all sound the same and that he has nothing new to contribute. Still, he can’t develop any new tricks.

  • No Idol Yes Avremel

Avremel is a very talented performer, an onov and a real mensch. The “idol” contest was badly conceived and should have been left to the public to choose whom we wanted to hear sing at the concert. He was just doing his job, and it was a job he should never have been given. At the end of the day the whole contest is for a great cause even if all involved made a mistake this time.

  • upset at jewish star

Avraham fried has a great voice, but his judgeing was not very polite and i think he should publicy apoligize!

but his voice is ablosoutly great, and he still is standing as the #1 singer on my list!

but please dont put people down when they try so hard to sing, were not here to copy IDOL where there have to be harsh in order to make sure every idiot does not end up singing in there contest!

this whole contest thing was ok, but dont post pubicly things that are puting people down!
