Ukraine School Gets Murals on Biblical Theme

Dneprodzerzhinsk, Ukraine – Students of the Ohr Avner Chabad Day School adorned the walls of their school with wonderful pictures made with the assistance of a professional artist as part of a special school project. During the school year, the pupils studied everything related to the coming of the days of the Messiah of a world filled with peace and absence of illness and hatred, and then drew it on the wall of the school building.

These pictures feature the city of Jerusalem as it looks today and the way it will look in the epoch of the Redemption.

The Ohr Avner Chabad School of Dneprodzerzhinsk was inaugurated five years ago through the efforts Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Stambler and his wife Dina. In the first year of operation, the school counted 40 pupils. Today it enrolls more than 120 students.
