The New Aron Kodesh

The Beis Levi Yitzchock shul located on Albany Between Crown and Montgomery just got a new beautiful Aron Kodesh, donated by the Katz family in memory of their grandparents. The Kravitzky family donated the new Peroches.

The Aron Kodesh was hand crafted, using maple wood and birds eye maple wood, by Eli Kreinman.

Thanks for posting this – BLY is my shul and this new aron kodesh really is something! Mendel Lerman is doing a great job building our shul, which BH is growing every day.

Everyone is more than welcome to join us 7 am every weekday morning and 9 am Sunday for Shacharis – or Shabbos, especially Shabbos morning when all are invited to our famous kiddush!

  • I could be wrong...

The Aron Kodesh is beautiful ! But correct me if I am wrong, I think the work Mtziyon is spelled with a Vov too.

It is actually the langer nun at the end of mitziyoin which is missing and all responsible are aware of this – I am sure it will be corrected in due time!
