Photos: 11th Annual JLI Conference

BROOKLYN, NY [CHI] — This years Jewish Learning Institutes conference took place in the heart of Brooklyn, in the halls of the Polytechnic University in the Metrotech Center.

Departing from the normal multi-day conference this year it was packed in to one solid day of sessions without the burdens transportation to distant hotels or resorts, a move which was met with enthusiasm from the Shluchim in attendance.

During the conference the new fall curriculum, SoulQuest, was introduced along with marketing tools and innovative feedback sessions. During the presentation Shluchim were able to input live feedback via a remote ‘voting pad’ with which they were able to respond to multiple choice questions from the presenter, an invaluable tool to gauge real-time response.

The conference opened with a Dvar Malchus, a video of a Sicha from the Rebbe and Kapitel, followed by Michael Brandwein, Rabbi Aryeh Weinstein, Rabbi Saadya Notik, Rabbi Shalom Raichik, Rabbi Yossi Paltiel, Dr. Norman Blumenthal and Rabbi Daniel Moscowitz.
