Stores all around Crown Heights have recently been updating their facades, and where new stores have been opening up off Kingston Ave. we have been seeing nice shiny new signs pop up on Troy, Albany and East New York. The latest is what used to be known as “Doar” for the longest time and now is Post Mark It has finally put up their sign.
So now it’s a competition of who can make it bigger and more creative!

If only the merchants who are jazzing up their signs could fix up their sidewalks too! Why doesn’t the Community Council ask the Mayor to create a business zone, so we can clean up thr filthy sidewalks, have kiosks for posters instead of the incredibly messy and unsightly signs posted to poles, illegally I might add. If Crown Heights is truly a gem, it’s in our power to polish the buttons, here meaning the streets. Let’s continue to get rid of the eyesores.

Mendel you seem to be dealing with some serious issues. If it bothers you so much then go out and do something about it. Posting your issues will not get you very far in life.
It has been proven that therapy is the best method in dealing with issues, while posting comments has not been studied long enough.
