Event Description: Shiru L'Hashem, an organization dedicated to bringing out our creativity as ways to serve Hashem, is organizing an open mic night this upcoming Thursday! Malka Reyna Albukerk, founder and director, is investing a lot of effort into this beautiful event. "We are striving to give our girls and women a chance to express themselves in a fun, modest way which provides wholesome entertainment for all. I always enjoyed creative means as a way to relate to others and to Hashem and want to give others the opportunity to use these G-d given talents to give back to Hashem and to others" This is your chance to shine!! At the program, girls will have a chance to sing, recite and perform. We have prepared a great sound system, musical instruments, mikes and all. The theme for the night is "Light", very apropos for Chanuka. So let's chase away this dark Galus by adding in light in a fun, Kosher manner!
