Bikur Cholim of Crown Heights Says Thank You!
On the heels of Chof beis Shevat, Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Bikur Cholim of Crown Heights successfully concluded its annual Charidy campaign, made possible by an outpouring of community generosity and partnership. Over 1300 individual donors participated, raising a remarkable $505,852! Funds raised will directly strengthen Bikur Cholim’s essential programs that bring practical help, comfort, and stability to individuals and families navigating serious illness and medical uncertainty.
“This campaign was more than a fundraiser—it was a community standing up for its own,” said a Bikur Cholim representative. “Every pledge and donation translates into resources coordinated and families supported at the most vulnerable moments of their lives.”
Bikur Cholim’s work is designed to ensure that no one faces a medical crisis alone. Through its network of volunteers and coordinated services, the organization provides critical assistance, guidance, and compassionate support—helping families manage the practical burdens that come with illness so they can focus on healing and on one another.
The organization expressed heartfelt gratitude to their matchers; Sparkles gift and Party Shop, Zalman & Esther Lebovic, Shai & Brushie Denburg, Boruch & Naomi Greenberg, Keren Hachomesh, & Friends of Bikur Cholim and to every donor, volunteer, and ambassador who helped make the campaign a success. The impact of this year’s Charidy drive will be felt immediately across the community, strengthening Bikur Cholim’s ability to respond quickly, discreetly, and effectively when families need help most.
“Thank you for believing in what Bikur Cholim represents,” the organization added. “Thank you for giving with heart and dignity. Your generosity is bringing stability to homes facing medical crisis, comfort to those living with uncertainty, and compassion to neighbors who needed someone to stand with them.”
May your kindness be repaid with abundant health, parnassah, and blessing from Above, and may we all be zocheh to a time of no more suffering or illness with the coming of Moshiach now.
