Kingsbook Shul Case To Return To Brooklyn Supreme Court This Wednesday

Despite claims made, and assurances given, by New York officials, the Kingsbrook Shul saga isn’t over, and it is going to be back in Brooklyn Supreme Court this Wednesday.
According to an update released regarding the shul, the case is scheduled to return to court at 10:00am this Wednesday and to be heard by Justice Richard Velasquez, Part 66.
“Please be there 9:30am to allow time to pass security,” the organizers encouraged. “Attendance of the community is very important for the success of the case. PLEASE COME!”

I thought the governor gave it back,I thought they were davening there!

The Governor said she stopped the shul’s demolition and that the hospital and shul should work things out.
The Governor, NYS Assemb Cunningham or NYS Sen Myrie can create legislation which prohibits or restricts any govt funding (HCR or NYS ESD) for affordable housing on the synagogue site – then the synagogue can truly be protected and preserved.

maybe she will tell the judge what to say,that is what is being said?I am still trying to figure out what was accomplished with the governor?
