As Crown Heights was flooded with a deluge of rain, a block of Crown Heights was horribly flooded, leaving a Jewish man, Aaron Akaberi, dead.
Akaberi has had a fraught history in Crown Heights, dealing drugs throughout the community for many years. He could be seen regularly around Crown Heights with his dogs.
