After Two Years, Carbon Charcoal Grill & Bar In Crown Heights To Close
by CrownHeights.info
It is sad news for Crown Heights with the news that Carbon Charcoal Grill & Bar, a Crown Heights meat restaurant, will be closing its doors for good.
“And like that, all things come to a close. After 2 years my good friend Gabe Don and I are closing the doors to our restaurant Carbon Charcoal Grill & Bar,” the owner wrote in a message. “We tried everything we could to keep the doors open and fridges stocked but in the end we had no other option but to close.”
The loss of Carbon Charcoal Grill & Bar will be heavily felt by the Crown Heights food lovers whose critics have time and again given high praise to the restaurant.
“I thank everyone who came out be it once or many times,” the owner wrote. “I thank our regulars and our vocal fans you made this all worth doing.”
The eatery, opened in 2022, was a joint venture between Gavriel “Gabe” Don and the famed Kosher Chef Bosh Boshnak. The store was located at 262 Kingston Avenue.
