Chevras Simchas Shabbos V’Yom Tov Back-to-School Campaign Equips Hundreds of Children for Success

As thousands of Crown Heights children return to school this week, Chevras Simchas Shabbos V’Yom Tov once again ensured every child is prepared for success. The recent CSSY Back-to-School Campaign saw the distribution of over 450 backpacks, brimming with essential school stationery and supplies, making a significant impact on many hardworking families who struggle with back-to-school expenses.

The campaign, an annual initiative by CSSY, is more than just a distribution of backpacks – it’s giving every child in our community the confidence they need to make the school year a success by providing them with the essential tools they need to excel in their studies. Each backpack was thoughtfully filled with notebooks, folders, pencils, erasers, markers, rulers, and more, ensuring that children from various grade levels were well-equipped to start the academic year confidently.

 CSSY extends its appreciation to the local stores that provided generous discounts on back-to-school supplies and essentials for CSSY families. Their partnership maximizes the impact of each donation, ensuring CSSY can help every family in need.
