322 Apartment Mixed Income Complex and Dialysis Center Will Be Built On Lot Owned By One Brooklyn Health System – East New York News  – July 17, 2020 –

It’s nice to finally have a presentation two and a half years later, in Brooklyn CB 17, and not in Brooklyn CB 9.

(The project is located in Brooklyn CB 9, Utica and Rutland. Utica Ave is the eastern border of Brooklyn CB 9  and to the east is Brooklyn CB 17.)

  • “Supportive” is another name for Homeless Shelter

On the July 17, 2020. Article from East NY News they wrote, “The winning bidder is Utica Crescent, which will construct 322 low income and supportive apartments in Central Brooklyn”

For those that don’t know. “Supportive” Apartments is also known as Homeless shelter.
As we all know by 681 Clarkson Ave development. They use many different nicer “names” to push violent unstable homeless inside

  • Fool me once, fool me twice.

Anyway to find out from the paperwork that was filled for this project what actually really will be here.
Not some whitewashed name called “Supportive Apts”

Because we already have 5 drug shelters. I mean “Supportive Apartments” near Kings County hospital, we don’t need more “Supportive Apartments” that do violent crime against all law abiding residents of Crown Heights & East Flatbush.

  • Free housing for all those coming from Rikers jail

In NYC New Low income buildings are subsidized thru tax credits to the Owners.
    But it’s privately owned.

This is Public owned. With a bidding contract from different Non-profits that are directly funded by NYS.

If you think that they will be putting in non criminals, think again.

This is a 681 Clarkson Ave / 691 Albany Ave style project, just they R hiding behind fancier words this time
