Crown Heights is Back On The Revel Map

Crown Heights Revel Riders rejoice, Crown Heights is back on the Revel Map.

After the disappointing removal of of Crown Heights from the Revel Map, which allowed parking of Revel Scooters in permitted areas of Crown Heights, the Shchuna has finally been reinstated as Revel accessible.

The map, which had initially included portions of Crown Heights, was adjusted late last year, removing Crown Heights from the map and effectively removing the Revel scooters from the streets.

The removal, at the time, was believed to be in connection with a leak of multiple -stackable- discount codes that gave Crown Heightsers hundreds of dollars in free Revel Rideshare rides. Soon after the leak, Revel said they would honor the codes, but placed an expiration date on them before adjusting the map to exclude Crown Heights.

Now, four months later. Crown Heights is back on the map.

From Eastern Parkway to Rutland, Rogers to Utica, with the slight exception of Kingston Ave, the entire Crown Heights is now “Revel Accessible”.

A Change.org petition, launched by Mendel Horowitz in December of last year, urged Revel to bring Crown Heights back onto the map. It gained over 400 signatures.
